This document describes the licence terms for the “Cibarius” mobile application, part of the Parta Apps ecosystem.
Cibarius (the “App”) is developed and maintained by æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong) and WIDE di D. Papa (Italy) (collectively “we”, “us”, “our”).
The App, its source code, design, user interface, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable laws. All rights reserved.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use or internal organisational use.
The App is licensed, not sold.
Except where required by applicable law, you agree not to:
Content you create in the App (such as pantry items, shopping lists, notes, or coupon details) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App may include third-party software components (for example, Flutter, platform libraries, or Google services). These components remain subject to their own licences and terms.
“Cibarius”, “Parta”, and related names or logos are trademarks or identifiers used by us. You may use them only to refer to the App as provided by us, and not in a way that suggests endorsement or an official partnership.
This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it.
